套管防腐扶正器的防腐性能评价

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of corrosion on the outer wall of deep well casing in Tarim Oilfield, a casing anti-corrosion centralizer has been developed. It combines centralizer and sacrificial anode /cathodic protection, which can not only play the basic function of the centralizer, but also protect the outer wall of the casing, effectively reducing the corrosion of the outer wall of the casing. The zinc anode material used in the centralizer has been tested to have a capacity of 784. 56 A· h / kg and a current efficiency of 95. 68% , meeting the technical requirements of the standard. In the simulated formation water corrosion environment, the protection effect of the anti-corrosion centralizer on the casing of BG110-3Cr was tested. After a long time simulation test, the centralizer has a good protection effect on the casing material, the protective electric potential is less than -0. 85V ( CSE) , and the protection area is 100% .

摘要: 为了解决塔里木油田深井套管的外壁腐蚀问题,研制出套管防腐扶正器。其结合了扶正器和牺牲阳极阴极保护两种技术手段,既能发挥扶正器的基本功能,又能对套管外壁进行保护,可有效降低套管外壁腐蚀。扶正器所用的锌阳极材料,经测试,电容量为784.56A·h/kg,电流效率为95.68%,达到标准中的技术要求。在模拟地层水腐蚀环境下,测试了防腐扶正器对材质为 BG110-3Cr套管的保护效果。经过长时间模拟试验证明,扶正器对套管材质有很好的保护效果,保护电位均小于 -0.85V(CSE),保护面积达100%。
